Kishore Rachapudi, President & Chief Operating Officer
Kishore Rachapudi is the President & Chief Operating Officer of TAKE Solutions. He is responsible for all the core business operations including business strategy, customer relationships, sales, marketing, solutions delivery and customer support across Life Sciences, Supply Chain and Enterprise Solutions. He joined TAKE in 2009 and has over 20 years of experience in delivering innovative technology and business process improvement solutions to customers across multiple industries.
Prior to joining TAKE, Rachapudi spent nearly 12 years at Satyam as the SVP & Global Head of the Healthcare & Life Sciences business, where he was instrumental in creating and significantly growing the practice. Before that, he held a number of management positions with Tata Consultancy Services and Wipro.
He holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani, India.
John Reece, President & Member, Corporate Management Council
John Reece is President and a Member of the Corporate Management Council, which helps shape the strategic direction of the Supply Chain, Life Sciences and Enterprise Products divisions of TAKE Solutions. Reece has more than 35 years experience in the high tech industry. He joined the TAKE Supply Chain executive team in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer where he oversaw all financial, human resources, legal and facilities functions of the company.
Prior to joining TAKE Supply Chain, Reece served as CFO of Tantau Software before its acquisition by 724 Solutions in January 2001. Prior to that, Reece was CFO for Reliant Data Systems where he was instrumental in the acquisition of Reliant by Compuware. Before that, Reece served in various management roles at Tandem Computers including Vice President and Corporate Controller. Reece began his career in the computer industry at IBM, where he worked for 25 years in various finance and operational management positions.
He holds a degree in accounting from Mississippi State University and is a member of the Financial Executives Institute (FEI). Reece serves on the board of Intrinsity (a fabless semiconductor company).
Matt Walker, Executive Vice President, Supply Chain
Matt Walker serves as General Manager of TAKE's Supply Chain business. He is responsible for strategic direction, sales strategy & execution, customer relationship management, product development, product management, and all Supply Chain solutions delivery for the company.
Walker has over 18 years of leadership experience in both functional roles and in multiple cross-functional general management capacities. Prior to joining TAKE, he managed the business development and marketing functions for a contract research organization in the life sciences industry. He has served in various executive management roles involving direct responsibility for the growth and operations of multiple business units, P&L ownership, development of strategic partnerships, and corporate mergers/acquisitions. Walker also led the Professional Services function for TAKE's predecessor company, ClearOrbit, and began his career in management consulting with Deloitte Consulting and Price Waterhouse.
He holds a Master's of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stanford University.
Venky Sivaraman, Executive Vice President
Venky Sivaraman is Executive Vice President at TAKE Supply Chain and is responsible for product rationalization and product engineering.
Prior to joining TAKE Supply Chain, Sivaraman held several senior management positions at Manhattan Associates where he helped them build their India operations from scratch while managing product engineering, implementations services and product sustenance.
Sivaraman holds an MS in Mathematics as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University.
G. Ramesh, Vice President of TAKE Solutions
G. Ramesh serves as Vice President of TAKE Solutions. Ramesh has a Post Graduate degree in Commerce and has a specialized diploma in Materials Management. He also has over 20 years of experience in the areas of procurement, warehousing, inventory management and transportation. Ramesh has worked in organizations such as HCL Limited, Pepsi, Matrah Cold Stores, Oman United Agencies and Sembcorp Logistics.
